Shawn Desmarais/Chef:
With a passion for life and the arts it is no wonder that Chef Desmarais continues to astound people with his culinary creativity. Following in his father's culinary footsteps he grew up around the world of cooking. With experience ranging everywhere from traditional fare to fine dining, Desmarais has been a part of the restaurant industry for an extensive 13 years. Always looking near and far for inspiration, his flair for traditional French cuisine with chic new twists continues to grow. With awe inspiring presentation and a pallet for perfection, everyone's kitchen should be complimented with such a Chef.
Jonny Kirwin/Sommelier :
Jonny is a new breed of sommelier whose friendly, down to earth yet informative view on wine makes learning easy and fun. Jonny has been involved in all facets of the food and wine industry, his passion for wine has taken him through several different accreditations such as the International Sommelier Guild, Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust. Jonny was drawn immediately to the appeal of Elements philosophy of pairing gourmet cuisine with fine wines in an intimate home setting and has turned the intimidating wine world on its head with his energetic and entertaining style.
